With over 30 years of clinical experience in acupuncture and Chinese medicine, my focus is on reproductive health and wellbeing. Over the years, I have worked with many individuals and couples navigating their fertility journey — whether preparing to conceive naturally, or working alongside assisted reproductive approaches such as IVF and ICSI.
My approach brings together the wisdom of traditional Chinese medicine and a thorough understanding of modern reproductive medicine, to help you better understand your cycle, optimise your overall wellbeing, and create the right conditions for reproductive health.

Men’s Fertility: A Growing Concern
Male factor fertility is involved in around half of all cases where couples experience difficulty conceiving — yet it remains significantly under-discussed and under-supported. I developed the Fatherhood Foundations programme to address this gap, bringing together Chinese herbal medicine, acupuncture, and evidence-informed lifestyle guidance in a structured 12-week online programme.

Dudley has over 30 years of experience in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine, with a specialist focus on reproductive health, fertility, and conception. He trained in both the UK and China, and has undertaken extensive postgraduate study in integrated fertility acupuncture and women’s health.
In 2012, Dudley co-founded the Acupuncture Fertility Network (AFN) and currently serves as Membership Secretary. He also developed the Fatherhood Foundations programme to support men’s reproductive health — an area he believes deserves far greater attention.
Dudley has been in practice since 1994. After completing a three-year Shiatsu and Oriental Medicine course at the Shiatsu College, he travelled to China in 1995 to study acupuncture at the Beijing International Training Centre. He later graduated in acupuncture from the London Academy of Oriental Medicine (1996) and in herbal medicine from the London College of Traditional Acupuncture (1998).
He works with individuals and couples trying to conceive naturally and those undergoing IVF (ART).
His practice also supports a range of women’s health concerns, including PCOS, painful periods, menstrual irregularities, and menopause.
