Coverage: Usually up to ten acupuncture sessions per policy year, with a GP referral for each separate condition. The practitioner must be a member of the British Medical Acupuncture Society (BMAS) or British Acupuncture Council (BAcC). Not covered for chronic conditions, pre-existing conditions, pregnancy, and childbirth.
